THIS IS WHAT WE’VE BEEN DREAMING OF
School Holidays should hold good memories for every child.
For families rebuilding after domestic and family violence, however, the holidays can bring added financial pressure, fewer opportunities and long days to fill. Our school holiday activities are designed to change that - creating safe, fun and completely free experiences for children, while giving mums a little breathing room too.
These activities are exclusively for women and children within the Somewhere To Go Foundation community who have experienced domestic and family violence. They are not open to the general public.
From creative workshops and movie days to activities that help kids learn, connect and simply have fun, we want our children to have something special to look forward to these holidays.
What about parking and access?
We have four designated car parks directly out the front of the centre. Additional parking is available at Sunshine Plaza across the road and the ParknGo building next door. Public transport is also readily available nearby, making the centre easy to access with or without a car.
