You don't have to fit into our services. We build the support around you.

We’re open in Maroochydore now.

BUILD YOUR OWN ADVENTURE

There is no set path through here.

Think of it like those Choose Your Own Adventure books. No two women use this place the same way, and that is deliberate.

Your first visit is just us getting to know you. Where you are at. What you need. What is in the way. What you want life to look like. Then we work out the steps together.

You might use one part of the centre or ten. You might come in for a food hamper first and a program six months later. What you use can change as your circumstances change, because they will.

And your children get support alongside you, not instead of you.

You don't have to fit into our services. We build the support around you.

What's actually in the building

We don't just give things. We think about what happens after we give them.

A coffee and a seat

Real espresso and a safe place to sit. No reason needed.

Childcare while she's here

Nobody misses an appointment or a program because there was nobody to watch the kids.

A proper intake

One on one, in person. Nobody gets handed a pamphlet and sent back out the door.

A warm meal

Because rebuilding a life on an empty stomach is a lot harder than it needs to be.

Hampers built for her kids

Full family groceries packed around what her children will actually eat. Sensory needs, dietary needs, the familiar brands.

Warm referrals

We make the call and hand her over to a name, not a phone number on a printout.

Nappies & baby food

The things that run out first and cost the most when there's nothing left in the account.

The Blessing Room

A free wardrobe where she chooses for herself. The choosing is the point.

Community after programs

Recovery doesn't finish in six weeks. Isolation is where harm compounds, so the door stays open.

Nobody walks in and gets handed a form.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

1.

Your first visit runs about an hour. It is not an assessment and there is no right answer. It is a conversation.

You book in

Pick "First Centre Visit & Intake" and choose a time that works. Allow an hour.

2.

You come in

9 Golf Street, Maroochydore. Bring the kids if you need to, we have somewhere for them.

3.

We get to know you

Over a coffee and something to eat. Where you're at, what you need, what's in the way.

4.

We build it with you

You leave knowing what happens next, and you are under no obligation to do any of it.

Already been in? Book a Returning Casual Visit and come in for a coffee, use the Wi-Fi, get some work done, let the kids play.

The questions that stop people walking in

Does it cost anything?

No. Visits, the Blessing Room, hampers and food are free.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book yourself in. You don't need a case worker, a police report or a diagnosis.

I left years ago. Is it too late?

No. Recovery takes years and it isn't a straight line. That is the entire reason this place exists.

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. If you are in danger right now, call 000. To talk to someone tonight, call 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732 or DVConnect Womensline on 1800 811 811.

Is this a crisis service?

What about parking and access?

We have four designated car parks directly out the front of the centre. Additional parking is available at Sunshine Plaza across the road and the ParknGo building next door. Public transport is also readily available nearby, making the centre easy to access with or without a car.
